About The Opportunity:
As a Finance Assistant with our client, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Executing End of Month General Ledger journals and reconciliations
Following up with debtors to ensure timely payments
Processing supplier invoices and payments
Conducting bank reconciliations
About You:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Finance Assistant role
Qualification in Accounting or relevant field (preferred but not necessary)
Proficiency in Xero accounting software or similar and CRM systems
A strong understanding of financial and accounting functions
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
