As a P C Advisor at South West TAFE, you'll provide trusted HR advice, guide managers through the full employee lifecycle and help drive initiatives that shape a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace.

The must haves Mandatory requirements Relevant Degree/Diploma with relevant experience; or lesser formal relevant qualifications with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR generalist role.
Experience using HR Management Information Systems and e-recruitment systems, Internet based applications and database management software.
Employee Victorian Working with Children and satisfactory Police Check.
Driver's Licence.
Highly desirable requirements Experience in Vocational Education Training (VET) Industry.
