Looking to grow your IT career in a dynamic, client-facing role?
We're seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level IT support in a full-time, office-based position, with potential to work from home after 6 months.
What you'll be doing:
• First-level support via calls, live chat & ServiceNow
• Supporting Windows, macOS, mobile & personal devices
• Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Collaborating in a rotation-based team focused on customer excellence
Key Skills & Experience:
• Windows & macOS proficiency (macOS highly regarded)
• Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory & Office 365
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and networking fundamentals
• Time management, adaptability & teamwork focused
• Clear communication with technical & non-technical users
Bonus if you have:
• Bachelor's in IT
