Key Responsibilities
- Concept & Design – Develop engaging signage and displays that reflect brand identity and connect with target audiences.
- Prototype & Refine – Produce prototypes and ensure designs are practical for production and on budget.
- Materials & Technology – Incorporate the latest materials, lighting, and digital technologies into creative solutions.
- Collaboration – Work closely with BDMs, project managers, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Technical Drawings – Prepare accurate proofs and production-ready drawings for in-house and external manufacturing.
- Stay Ahead – Keep up to date with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial design, signage and display creation.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills (KeyShot).
- It is essential you have the ability to create photorealistic conceptual renders with Solidworks modelling followed by Keyshot rendering software.
- Knowledge of Sketch Up for quick renders in solid modelling for Keyshot is advantageous.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and digital printing techniques.
- Understanding of sheet yielding and file creation for CNC, Laser Cutting and Sheet Metal is required.
- Estimation skills or willingness to learn estimation as part of project planning.
- Experience in project and/or account management is advantageous and a partial requirement for this role.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong communication, ability to organise your own schedule, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years' industry experience is required.
