Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Role Overview
This leadership position oversees the coordination and performance of traffic management, labour and construction services operations across New South Wales.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations across traffic and construction services lines, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless collaboration.
* Oversee workforce deployment through traffic management operational systems software, maintaining visibility of resource allocation and project requirements.
* Serve as the primary liaison between clients, site teams, and internal departments, ensuring communication is clear and outcomes are achieved.
* Main Objectives:
* Drive compliance and safety excellence, including documentation, permit management, SWMS, TMPs, and incident reporting.
