Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Quality Assurance Specialist, to join our team at Plantation Homes.
This role is designed to supervise maintenance and warranty work carried out by subcontractors and suppliers to clients' homes in the Brisbane West / Ipswich region.
* Directly resolve new home customers' concerns and issues in a professional manner.
* Evaluate all maintenance and warranty work to ensure it meets quality standards.
* Comply with legal obligations such as OH&S, building codes, energy regulations, fire safety protocols, and electrical compliance.
* Oversee contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers onsite.
* Achieve set maintenance and warranty targets within set timeframes.
* Effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct Quality Assurance inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience in construction, warranty, or building supervision with excellent time management skills and resilience under pressure.
Candidates are expected to be professional communicators who can problem solve, professionally engage each task in a well-planned manner, and demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, quality, and results.
This role requires a resilient, solutions-oriented individual who has strong customer engagement experience across challenging queries.
With residential construction experience, candidates must have a thorough knowledge of current Rescode, Australian Standards, and BCA, and their approach to supervising works prioritises quality and compliance.
