About the Role
This role is critical in helping us achieve our ambitious goals by developing robust financial plans, forecasts, and performance metrics. Your input will underpin our performance and guide strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include:
* Contributing to business performance reporting and insights.
* Providing variance analysis of performance against plans and forecasts.
* Consolidating business unit reporting, including cashflow and balance sheet forecasts.
* Developing automated reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance efficiency.
* Supporting the annual financial planning process and forecasting.
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, economics, or a relevant quantitative degree.
* Postgraduate qualifications in accounting and/or finance are desirable.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance, with management reporting and/or planning experience preferred.
* Experience in financial modelling and good commercial acumen.
