Overview

You will represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and be required to negotiate, sell & build displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan.
Flexibility is important: Availability between Wednesday to Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods (e.g., Back to School and Winter). You will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a winter shutdown mid-December to the first week in January.
You will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager, but you will need to work autonomously to be successful.
This role will allow you to build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity, and passion.
Responsibilities
Represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel and build displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly plan. Negotiate and sell products in-store and ensure correct placement and visibility.
Qualifications
* Have a current, valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle is essential.
* Be physically able to lift stock for building displays and utilise Nestlé's point of sale materials.
* Be proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays.
* Live within the designated Area.
* Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
