Key Responsibilities:
* Input into operational planning and execute parts of the regional business plan for the business unit (Practice)
* Maintain appropriate capacity for forecast demand through regional capacity planning
* Manage team utilisation and regional scheduling
* Be responsible for regional operational quality management
* People management including hiring, performance management, and termination
* Participate in pre-sales and coordinate resources within the practice
* Support marketing activities at the regional level
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Practice Lead or in a similar role with expertise in managing all aspects of a services business including profit and loss
* Demonstrated experience driving services in Dynamics 365 and other technology solution offerings
* Ability to drive sales, presales, and new business development activities
* Strong understanding of business platforms and consulting methodologies
* Extensive team leadership and people management experience
