Who we’re looking for?
* A minimum of two years’ experience in an administration role providing team support.
* Advanced in Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
* Knowledge of general office procedures.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.
* Excellent time management & organisational skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The role
We are seeking an Administration Manager / Receptionist to play a pivotal role within the onsite Centre Management team.
You will take ownership of core administrative and financial processes, acting as a trusted point of coordination between tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
This role brings together front of house professionalism and operational ownership, rewarding someone who values accuracy, variety, and autonomy.
Key responsibilities:
Centre & Office Operations
* Manage the reception function, acting as the first point of contact for tenants, contractors, and visitors.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and well-run working environment.
* Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Finance & Reporting
* Process accounts payable and receivable in collaboration with the Property Accounts team.
* Manage invoices and contractor payments.
* Assist with monthly reporting and prepare expense reconciliations.
Centre Support & Stakeholder Coordination
* Respond to tenant service requests efficiently and professionally.
* Support contractor coordination and day-to-day centre requirements.
* Build strong working relationships with the Centre Manager, onsite team, and broader Asset team.
Marketing & General Support
* Provide general marketing and administrative support to assist with centre initiatives.
