**About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Retail Professional to lead our flagship store into its next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of store performance, including revenue, margin, sell-through and stock health. You'll be responsible for leading a highly skilled sales team, influencing buying decisions and collaborating closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Own overall store performance including revenue, margin, sell-through and stock health;
2. Lead coach and develop the store leadership senior sales teams;
3. Select drive sales targets across retail commercial education customer segments;
4. Influence buying decisions through data-led insights on range demand inventory;
