Job Title
A Support Worker role involves providing ongoing support to the team with various tasks, ensuring we deliver person-centred supports to our clients.
This includes routine processes and procedures that assist in providing active support.
* Driving clients to community events using wheelchair-accessible vans and restraints.
* Providing active support to clients while undertaking household tasks.
* Accepting and distributing deliveries, including linen, medical equipment, and PPE.
* Assisting with maintaining the household, such as cleaning, restocking, and removal of rubbish, including clinical bins.
* Minor maintenance tasks within skills.
* Oxygen monitoring and cylinder replacement.
Requirements:
* Experience providing day-to-day maintenance and supports in a similar environment.
* An eagerness to learn.
* The ability to put clients at the centre of their own service.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Current NSW Drivers' License.
* Current Working with Children Check.
