About the Role:
As Construction Supervisor, you'll oversee site operations for a $12M modular classroom build at Highgate Primary School—part of WA's $4.4B investment into school infrastructure. Due for completion in April 2026, this is your chance to lead with impact, drive safety and quality, and be part of a team shaping the future of learning environments.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
* Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
* Coordinate resources and generate contracts
* Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery
* Build strong stakeholder relationships
* Identify and mitigate hazards and risks
About You:
* A trade certificate or equivalent experience
* Proven construction site supervision experience
* White Card and First Aid certification
* Open driver's license
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple project sites
* Excellent time management and planning abilities
* Ability to interpret drawings, reports, and engineering specifications
* Commitment to safety and compliance
* Ability to travel between site in Highgate, Perth and the Rockingham office
