Job Title
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Power Infrastructure Business Development Manager.
This is a key leadership role that will focus on driving revenue growth and client relationships in our power infrastructure business unit and adjacent markets.
The successful candidate will have exceptional industry knowledge of the energy markets in ANZ, strong negotiation and conversion skills, and experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This is a HQ based role with regular travel in line with strategic and operational requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
* Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities in energy contracting and adjacent markets.
* Cultivate, manage and maintain enduring relationships with new and existing customers.
* Develop strategies to increase project pipeline and contract orderbook.
* Apply business and commercial acumen to support pre-contracts and estimating function.
* Perform market analysis, gather industry intelligence and analyse competitor activities.
* Lead and influence across organisation teams to drive cohesion and alignment of priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of energy infrastructure sector in ANZ.
* Strong knowledge of power industry delivery standards and compliance requirements.
* Growth mindset with proven ability to identify, nurture and convert new business opportunities into successful business outcomes.
* Tertiary qualifications or relevant technical skills relating to construction and energy infrastructure development.
