Our exclusive client is seeking a driven and hands-on Store Manager to take charge of a busy retail branch in Osborne Park. Responsibilities
* Lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer service and team development
* Manage store and workshop performance - drive results and KPIs
* Build a positive team culture and provide ongoing coaching
* Oversee stock processes, compliance, and special order requests
* Analyse monthly P&Ls and take ownership of financial performance
* Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
What We're Looking For:
* Strong leadership background in a retail or service environment
* Comfortable working with budgets, P&Ls and KPIs
* A team player who leads by example and builds trust
* Organised and detail-focused with strong follow-through
* Passion for customer satisfaction and creating positive store experiences
* Willingness to learn technical areas - full training provided
* Experience in large format, high-volume retail operations highly regarded
