As an Account Manager at Johnson Suisse (BATHROOM PRODUCTS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD), you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service within your designated territory in Western Melbourne and Central Highlands VIC. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional development and progression.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
Provide comprehensive product and industry expertise to customers
Negotiate and secure contracts, pricing, and other commercial terms
Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies for your accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Maintain detailed records and provide regular performance reporting
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the building or home improvement industry
Bathroom product knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
