Salary: $116,636 – $129,479 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading

The Opportunity
As the Change and Communications Coordinator within the Pay Confidence Program, you will play a vital role in supporting organisational change initiatives across the University. You will design and deliver communication strategies that prepare, inform and engage staff, helping them understand the purpose, benefits and implications of change.
Working closely with project teams, change specialists and senior leaders, you will create clear and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences and channels. You will use digital platforms, analytics and content management tools to ensure communications are streamlined, consistent and data informed.
This role offers the opportunity to influence how change is understood and adopted across the University. You will provide advice, coordinate engagement activities and support leaders to communicate effectively through periods of transition.
What Success Looks Like:
Deliver clear communication strategies that support change initiatives and organisational priorities.
Produce accurate, engaging content for multiple audiences and channels, including digital platforms.
Coordinate effective stakeholder engagement activities that build awareness and commitment.
Monitor communication performance and apply data insights to recommend improvements.
Maintain and update content to ensure alignment with brand, compliance and change timelines.

About You
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Change Management, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies for organisational change.
Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
Confidence using CMS, analytics tools and digital communication platforms.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
