Job Role
This role is to provide exceptional patient care and transportation services by safely and efficiently moving non-emergency patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct patient transfers while delivering high-quality care in accordance with qualifications, scope, and authority under the Clinical Governance framework.
2. Follow operational directions from the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient service for all customers.
3. Keep accurate records of transfers using a bespoke customer booking system.
4. Support student clinical placements and facilitate supervising them as required.
5. Maintain vehicles and complete checklists according to operating procedures.
6. Meet contractual performance metrics for customers.
