About the Role
We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a National Field Operations Manager – Independent Retail to join our team based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
This role is responsible for developing and coaching a National team of sales representatives to achieve budgeted sales and implement the Independent channel account plan.
About You:
You have strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the sales execution teams and other internal stakeholders in the sales process. You will contribute energetically to the management of sales and marketing activities across designated markets to achieve all sales targets.
You’ll Bring:
* A minimum 5 years’ experience managing a state or national field teams
* Previous experience in distributor environments, smallgoods manufacturing or FMCG
* Strategic thinking ability
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent networking skills and relationship management skills
* Outstanding commercial acumen
