**About the Opportunity**
The Club Marketing team is accountable for driving acquisition and with strengthening relationships with existing customers. The Club Marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Club & broader leisure portfolio. This includes proposition development, media strategy development/optimisation and member acquisition/retention effectiveness across an integrated channel mix.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Marketing Consultant is integral to the team providing support to the Marketing Lead on key programs of work and taking the lead on a number of projects across small and medium marketing initiatives across RACV Club and associated venues Sojourn, Bourke Street Green, and Le Petit Gateaux.
In this role you will:
- Develop campaign plans and briefs (under guidance, where appropriate), which facilitate operational planning (and implementation), the media & creative development process (agency side) and fulfilment (mailing houses etc.).
- Manage the production of campaign elements, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties including product, legal and compliance sign-off.
- Support Marketing Managers in executing certain campaign elements.
- Develop collateral as appropriate to support our leisure portfolio - Track campaign progress, continually optimise and refine (as necessary), and report performance across lead indicators on a weekly basis (across all distributors).
- Demonstrate creative excellence and generate effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
**What you'll need to be successful**
- 5 years + experience in campaign management including through the line mediums - inclusive of direct mail, online and eDMs, digital, ATL with a strong bias to LAM and digital activity.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or similar qualification.
