Our client is seeking a full-time Mixed Crop Farmer for a permanent position on a mixed cropping operation Near Beaumont, Western Australia. Duties include: Management and supervision staff Planning and coordinating the production and marketing of crops Ability to cultivate, plant and harvest crop and grain in the relevant seasons in accordance to cropping plans. Operate or tend to equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, headers, trucks, boom sprays and irrigation equipment. Maintaining facilities including equipment, machinery and infrastructure of the property including but not limited to fencing, water systems, yard maintenance and weed/pest control. Planning and coordinating the production and marketing of crops. Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops. Directing and overseeing general farming General machinery operation, repair, and maintenance. Facilitate the sale, purchase and transportation of livestock and produce select, train, and supervise staff and contractors Organising and conducting farming operations Chemical accreditation and application experience Current first aid certificate or the ability to obtain Accurate record keeping Maintain a professional image Drivers & HR licence (desirable Tertiary or trades qualifications are viewed highly 5 years minimum experience in a similar role Competitive remuneration and on-farm accommodation will be offered to the successful applicant between 85-95k Please apply by clicking on "Apply Now" and follow the prompts to upload your resume.
