We are looking for a motivated and driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of powering a brighter, greener future.
Job Description:
As a Solar Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our solar energy solutions by identifying potential customers, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, batteries and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships. The commission in uncapped and a great earning capability with the new battery rebates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy and batteries with our range of products and services.
* Conduct site assessments and provide customized solar system proposals/quotes.
* Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that prospects are moved efficiently through the sales process.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
* Knowledge of solar products and systems is an advantage, but not essential – training will be provided.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
