What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a recognised qualification in Early Childhood (ECT, Diploma, or Certificate III), a genuine passion for early years education, sound knowledge of sector regulations, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with a team, and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
