The Yiros Shop currently has 16 locations stretching across Brisbane, Moreton Bay region and the Gold Coast region with more locations opening in the new year
**Job Description**:
We are seeking x2 Casual or Part -Time Supervisors with full availability to join our **_Morayfield Restaurant._**
**The Job involves**:
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervising employees including juniors
- Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
- Opening and/or closing store
- Training new employees
- Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Running a drive-thru service
- Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
- Cash handling and register operation
- Cleaning and maintaining the store
**Qualifications**:
- Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
- Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
- Flexibility and able to adapt to change
- Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
- Training and development experience desirable
- Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
- Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry
