winning, with 80+ staff nationally and we're now expanding to Victoria.
We're looking for driven, ambitious and energetic people to help launch and grow our Melbourne office. We're initially hiring 3 team members, with plenty more growth on the horizon. About the Role:
The role is full-time where you will help clients with their insurance needs, identify gaps in their current coverage and break down complex insurance terms into language anyone can understand. All while generally saving clients' money, protecting what matters most to them, and building your book of clients.
Your day will include:

• Calling clients (hot leads provided – no cold sourcing)
• Manage renewals
• Managing emails and client enquiries
• Closing sales and growing long-term relationships
• Handling incoming calls
• Problem-solving client needs
• Explaining complex insurance solutions in simple, easy-to-understand language*
What We're Looking For:
You have sales experience (phone sales preferred) and are ready to build a career. Insurance knowledge or Tier 1 qualifications are fantastic but not required, we will train the right person.

• $75,000 base salary + commissions
• The longer you stay building your book and relationships with clients, the more you earn.
• We have many team members earning $250,000+ after 3 to 4 years
