**Salary**:$140,000 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading.
**Time Fraction**:Full Time, 1.0 EFT.***
**Location**:Chadstone campus.

The Chief Financial Officer portfolio is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead and transform our procurement operations. In this key leadership role, you will be at the forefront of developing strategic procurement policies, optimising processes, and ensuring streamlined efficiency across all procurement functions.
You'll take charge of managing property leasing, licensing, and income, while playing a critical role in driving our procurement strategy with a focus on consistency and innovation.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in leading strategic procurement and tendering processes within the public sector, with a robust understanding of Victorian government procurement requirements.
- Knowledge of procurement and tendering policies, procedures, and processes, with a focus on compliance with government regulations.
- Strong capabilities in strategic, financial, and operational planning, with proven ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in managing and strategically leading procurement teams and external contractors to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Proficient in Technology One Finance and experienced in contract management and procurement supply chain software.
- Degree in Business, Purchasing and Logistics or similar field and extensive procurement experience.
