Working hours: ***** hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 am start.
Responsible for starting the pie making process, running pie machine, other associated equipment, operating ovens, making pastries for pie making and sausage rolls, cooking proteins for each day.
Manage clean-down, reset, and pastry block preparation.
Mature and professional attitude required.
Compensation
Annual salary: 65,********,000 AUD.
Includes superannuation and 4 weeks paid leave.
Requirements
Experience in bakery or pastry production is desirable.
