We design, fabricate, assemble and install full turnkey systems, and we're expanding quickly with major national projects underway.
About the role
This is a pivotal role that sits at the centre of Operations and keeps the entire production team running smoothly. You'll work alongside department managers to ensure procurement, workflow admin, supplier coordination and internal processes are clean, accurate, and ahead of the curve. If you're organized, confident, system‑focused and thrive in a busy engineering/manufacturing environment — you'll love this role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Raise, process, and track purchase orders
* Maintain clean, accurate procurement data
* Build and maintain supplier relationships
* Report delivery statuses for fabrication, assembly, and site teams
* Monitor part shortages and communicate proactively
* Maintain workflow accuracy across Operations
* Prepare documentation, delivery dockets, and internal packs
* Ensure drawing revisions, materials lists, and order statuses stay aligned
* Assist with scheduling information and follow‑up tasks
What We're Looking For
* Strong procurement or operations experience (engineering/manufacturing ideal)
* Excellent organisation, accuracy and follow‑through
* Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
* Comfortable with systems
* Enjoys owning processes and keeping things running cleanly
* Able to operate independently and take responsibility for results
