Job Overview:
This exciting opportunity involves working as a Technology Infrastructure Specialist with the State Department, supporting schools across the outer southern suburbs of Brisbane and beyond. As part of the Service Delivery field services team, you will provide essential technical expertise and reliable service to help schools operate at their best.
About the Role:
You will lead various activities, including visiting approximately thirty-five schools and corporate sites, providing a broad range of IT services to staff and students, and participating in an IT support service team. Key responsibilities include installing and maintaining enterprise management systems, providing expert IT advice and support, and advising on departmental information standards and policies.
Key Requirements:
* Diploma in Information Systems (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of Windows server operating systems, server hardware and configuration, network switches, and end-user device and printer support
* Familiarity with Windows 10, iPadOS, and MacOS
Awarding Agency: Queensland Department of Education.
Working Hours: Full-time.
Location: Southern Brisbane Suburbs.
