About the role: Be involved in varying matters across all levels of court – particularly in the Supreme Courts across the country. Approximately 40-50% insolvency litigation with the remainder being general commercial litigation (shareholder and franchise, building and construction, debt recovery and more!) Collaborate directly with a well-regarded partner and the wider litigation team.
