Talent Focus Recruitment is seeking a Permanent Full-time Service Deployer to join a building, technology and energy solutions leader in deploying a depth and breadth of expertise within the manufacturing sector,
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate deployment forecast at all times.
- Assist in planning technician workloads for maximum labour utilisation.
- Evaluate customer requests for technical assistance and co-ordinate with Service Technical Support.
- Create and approve new jobs in the internal integrated system, following customer requests and company procedures.
- Manage technician service reports and job completion status within SharePoint and internal integrated system.
- Liaise with credit function for new order approvals and process Purchase Orders for service activities.
- Generate uniform and PPE orders, handle corporate travel requests, and maintain file archives.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and other team members as needed.
- Maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
- Keep Supervisor/Manager informed of issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Attend regular team and toolbox meetings.
**About You**:
- Certificate in Business Administration (desirable).
- Experience in corporate administration, call center environments, and labour management/dispatch roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Oracle R12 (desirable).
- Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities.
- Australian Unrestricted Driver's License (preferred)
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
