Senior Sales Leadership Role

This senior sales leadership position involves spearheading national growth and unlocking new opportunities in heavy industry sectors. As a results-driven professional, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering measurable outcomes.

* Develop relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects and foster a culture of excellence.
* Monitor pipeline and sales processes across the sales group to ensure seamless execution and identify areas for improvement.
* Facilitate regular sales team meetings and provide clear direction to ensure alignment and position clarity.
* Lead the development and execution of national sales plans across multiple product segments, driving revenue growth and profitability.
* Design and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets for the Australasian market, leveraging market intelligence and customer feedback.
* Execute company-focused plans for strategic markets to drive growth and profitability, assessing feedback and market trends to inform decision-making.
* Strengthen the leadership capabilities of sales managers and sales resources within the organization, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
* Meet financial objectives and budgets, contributing to the executive management team to drive business outcomes.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to sales managers and their teams, ensuring adequate resources and support to drive performance.
* Build executive-level relationships with industry and institutional influencers, representing the company to enhance market awareness and opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal functions (sales, finance, operations, estimation, engineering) to meet customer service indicators and drive business outcomes.
* Engage with product management to provide customer insights and contribute to new product/features development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop, monitor, and execute comprehensive sales budgets and forecasts, participating in estimation reviews to ensure proposals align with the sales process.
* Provide detailed analysis of sales reports and metrics, contributing to growth and product development roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will hold an MBA or Bachelor's degree (Business) or a degree in Electrical Engineering or related qualifications, coupled with proven experience in a senior sales leadership position with direct and indirect channels. Experience in the Australian mining, EPC, Tier 1 markets and adjacent sectors in heavy industry is highly desirable.
