Account Manager (Launceston, Burnie or Devenport)

Role Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio.
* Handle new business enquiries.
* Place risks with insurers both online and open market.
* Service client's enquiries and administrate policy documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tier 2 or Tier 1 in Insurance Broking is essential, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proven experience in insurance broking, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.
* Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience using insurance broking software and Microsoft Office suite.
* A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
