Job Overview
Boutique investment firm seeking Investment Adviser Associate. The role focuses on supporting a team of senior advisers in the day-to-management of existing and new clients.
The primary responsibilities include providing high-level service to client inquiries and correspondence, maintaining accurate CRM records, producing SOA and ROA's for the advisers, and demonstrating proactive support.
Key Accountabilities:
* Support a team of senior advisers with the management of existing and new clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
* Produce professional SOA and ROA documents for the advisers.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a relevant degree and possess 2-3 years' experience in an investment or financial advice firm. Proficiency in Xplan and CRM systems is highly regarded, as well as a sound understanding and working knowledge of current regulatory and compliance frameworks.
