Based in Byron Bay, Brookfarm is a generational family company that has been committed to regenerative Australian farming, sustainably sourced ingredients, and regional food production of the highest quality for over 20 years. We are Australia's leading producer of gourmet muesli and snacks sold in independent retailers, health food stores and online, employing over 50 staff across our local macadamia farm, bakehouse and administrative headquarters in the Northern Rivers, NSW.

Job Role
* Customer and Consumer Service – servicing phone accounts directly, entering orders (distributor, corporate, retailer etc), attending to phone and email enquiries and requests, voicemails, complaint handling, setting up new customers, order and freight enquires with dispatch
* Growth in phone accounts through regular calls and range recommendations (where applicable)
* Complete and/or Create Export documentation
* Develop and maintain regular sales reports and presentations
* Respond appropriately to customer and consumer email/phone enquiries including sharing product information, logging complaints, using complaint response templates, delivery follow up, pricing, inventory etc.
* Updating price lists – Excel Spreadsheets, pdf and Pronto for all tiers of pricing in retail and food service
* Phone reception and direction of call to appropriate staff member
* Greet visitors at physical reception and ensure they sign in to visitors book.
* Inbound/outbound mail distribution
* Event organisation and management
* Providing support to the sales team and greater organisation
* Contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives
* General Administrative Support
* Set up new accounts in Pronto
* Attend events
* Build expertise and training for others in Pronto
* Assist marketing team with Shopify – consumer orders
* Manage POS inventory and distribution to team
* Checking and processing customer prepayments daily
* Receipt of credit card payments
* Customer credit notes and statements
* Re-printing and sending of invoices
What you'll need to bring to Brookfarm
* Sales customer service experience
* Proficiency with MAC, MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to problem solve and create value
* Experience in Pronto or similar software
* Collaborative, can do attitude
