**About the Opportunity**

- You are an experienced Recovery at Work Coordinator, passionate about returning people to health and work, you can work within processes and policies in a complex and changing environment.
- Taking a balanced, strategic, and proactive approach to your work, you are able to deliver positive outcomes for our customers and injured employees.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Recovery team and key stakeholders you will provide valuable input into current practices and process, with a view to achieving quality business outcomes.
**About You**
Ideally, you will bring:
- Proven and demonstrated experience in managing workers compensation claims for a self-insurer or scheme agent.
- Experience in injury management, managing complex physical and psychological injuries.
- The ability to be a team player as well as to work independently in a high demand role, working with key stakeholders to improve recovery outcomes for our injured workers.
- A strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and Guidelines and how it is applied for exempt and non-exempt workers. You need to hold current Return to Work Certification and experience in the same.
