We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Service & Admin Assistant
to be the first point of contact for our customers and to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer enquiries by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
Book and manage daily jobs using our scheduling systems
Process customer sales and create invoices accurately and efficiently
Greet and assist customers when they drop off and pick up their vehicles
Communicate with suppliers and customers via email and phone
Source and order the required parts for the jobs
Keep customer and job records accurate and up to date
Provide general administrative and office support to the team
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy and confidence using booking or office systems
Experience working with database systems and office software applications
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
Ability to work well as part of a small, supportive team
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration
Experience in the automotive or trades industry is a bonus but not essential
Australian work rights are required for this position
