Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury segment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels
* The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail
