What does the job look like?
We're currently on the lookout for an experienced counterbalance forklift operator to join our high-performing team in Chullora, Sydney. This role will be responsible for supporting our day to day operations including loading/unloading trucks, staging pallets, consolidating freight and general storeperson duties. We have a permanent day shift role available working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm plus reasonable overtime. Key areas:
* Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
* Counterbalance forklift operation
* Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
* General crossdocking duties including staging orders and maintaining a tidy workspace
* Thriving in a fast-paced, team environment
Are you the one?
* Hold a valid LF forklift license (counterbalance experience essential)
* Loading and unloading freight with confidence
* Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms
* Very safety conscious and be able to adhere to company policies and procedures
* Access to reliable transport
* Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
* A team player with a can-do attitude
