Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Specialist – Continuous Improvement, the Data Processing Specialist - Fleet role is the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring rosters, schedules, and workforce allocations meet evolving operational needs while aligning with service level expectations. This is a critical customer service and administration role, combining stakeholder engagement, systems capability, data analysis, to support high‐performing operations across multiple sites.
Roster: 5 days on / 2 days off
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all Integrated Services rosters and schedules across Civeo operations
* Ensure effective workforce coverage and utilisation across multiple sites
* Lead best‐practice use of enterprise time & attendance and scheduling systems
* Manage casual and agency workforce coordination and allocations
* Act as a point of escalation for workforce planning matters with agency partners and internal stakeholders
* Ensure internal SLAs and KPIs are met across operations
* Provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting to Operations and Finance stakeholders
* Attend vehicle fleet inspections
* Leverage data analytics
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience contributing to a centralised workforce management function
* Strong customer service engagement across Operations, Finance, and external agencies
* Excellent organisation and administration skills
* Experience in fleet administration highly advantageous
* Demonstrated capability in change management and process improvement
* Experience with scheduling and time & attendance systems
* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‐solving skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
