We're seeking an HR Services Administrator to join our collaborative and supportive People Services team. This role sits at the heart of our HR operations, providing essential support through accurate data management, responsive service, and consistent delivery of core HR processes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our HR systems, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring employees receive timely and professional service.
What you will make an impact by
* Maintaining accurate employee data across HR and payroll systems, ensuring integrity and compliance
* Managing the People and Culture inbox, responding to employee enquiries in a timely, professional manner
* Preparing and issuing employment documentation, including contracts and letters
* Processing employee entitlements and supporting payroll activities in line with policies and legislation
* Contributing to continuous improvement, including system enhancements and process optimisation
What you will bring
You are a reliable and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, service-oriented environment. You take pride in getting the details right, can manage repetitive and process-driven tasks with consistency, and understand the importance of accuracy in HR and payroll data.
You're comfortable working with systems, enjoy solving problems, and bring a proactive and collaborative approach to your work. You communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with discretion, and are committed to delivering a high standard of service.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
* A relevant Certificate qualification or equivalent administrative experience
* Experience working with HR Information Systems, payroll or similar systems
* Ability to manage high volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet payroll deadlines
* Confidence interpreting policies, procedures and employment conditions

Your opportunity is
* Full-time, continuing (permanent)
* Located at Lismore, NSW 2480.
* HEW Level 4. The base salary ranges from $75,500 - $81,079 per annum, plus 17% employer's contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $94,862.
