* Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed in their roles.

Qualifications:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a T&C/HR capacity within the hospitality industry.
* Hands-on experience across the end-to-end T&C/HR cycle, including recruitment, WHS, performance management, and learning and development.
* A thorough understanding of Australian employment legislation, including the Modern Award.
