Digital Project Manager
We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our agency team in Penrith. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of agency experience who can confidently run projects end-to-end, manage budgets and timelines, and keep delivery moving across multiple marketing disciplines.
You'll sit at the heart of the agency, working closely with strategy, creative, and performance teams to turn briefs into well-delivered outcomes.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Penrith, working closely with our local team.
What you'll be doing
* Managing digital and marketing projects end-to-end across a range of services, including web, paid media, SEO, content, creative, and campaign delivery
* Owning project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery is on time and within agreed parameters
* Acting as the day-to-day point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders
* Translating briefs and requirements into clear project plans, tasks, and priorities
* Coordinating resourcing and schedules across multiple concurrent projects
* Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep and addressing them early
* Tracking delivery progress, budgets, and forecasts, and reporting on project status
Must have
* 2–3+ years' experience in a digital or marketing agency as a Project Manager, Digital Producer, or similar
* Proven experience managing projects across multiple marketing verticals, not a single discipline
* Strong understanding of digital workflows and how different marketing services intersect
* Confidence in owning timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes
* Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
* Experience using project management tools such as Productive, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar
How success is measured
This is a delivery-focused role. Your KPIs will be centred on:
* On-time, on-scope delivery of projects and campaigns
* Budget management, including accurate tracking and forecasting
* Clear communication and predictable project outcomes
* Smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
* Experience delivering website projects (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
* Exposure to agency financials, WIP tracking, or utilisation
* Experience working closely with creative and performance teams
Why join us
* A genuinely midweight role with real ownership and responsibility
* Variety of clients, industries, and digital services
* A close-knit, collaborative agency environment
* Clear expectations around delivery and performance
* Opportunity to grow into senior delivery or operations roles over time
