As Communications Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing groundbreaking research and activities to a global audience. You’ll have the opportunity to create engaging content across multiple channels, from media releases to digital platforms, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. This role offers you the chance to drive awareness and advocacy for Faculty priorities and programs, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality content: Create engaging materials for various communications disciplines, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.
- Execute strategic communications: Support the implementation of integrated communications plans and promotional strategies to boost engagement in Faculty programs.
- Manage multi-channel communications: Contribute to multiple internal and external channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate on university-wide initiatives: Support the execution of broader institutional programs to enhance awareness within the Faculty.

- You are a skilled communicator with a degree in a relevant field and experience in producing targeted, engaging content for various channels, while demonstrating the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Have expertise in creating engaging content for print, digital, and social channels.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in executing projects and managing stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Have experience in stakeholder engagement and reputation management.
- Show a collaborative approach to achieving effective business outcomes.
- Maintain high ethical standards, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
