The Opportunity:
They are seeking an experienced and passionate Showroom Sales Consultant to join their Armadale showroom. This role is ideal for a design-savvy sales professional with a keen eye for interiors, an ability to build strong client relationships, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales:
• Provide tailored design advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer journey.
• Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and promote the brand’s stunning collections.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-end residential clients.
Showroom Presentation & Experience:
• Ensure the showroom remains impeccably presented, reflecting the brand’s premium aesthetic.
• Assist in visual merchandising and product styling to enhance the customer experience.
Operational & Administrative Support:
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using CRM systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new collections, product details, and design trends.
• Assist in stock management and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in showroom sales, interior design, or high-end home furnishings.
A passion for design and a keen interest in homewares and interiors.
Immaculate presentation and a friendly, professional approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday.
