Job Title: Mental Health Leader
Job Description:
This is a dynamic leadership role that will provide strategic direction and operational support to our team. As the successful applicant, you will lead by example, promoting best practice in mental health support services and foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure program delivery aligns with funding requirements and objectives
* Provide leadership and guidance to support the development of our lived experience workforce
* Collaborate with the Training & Capacity Building Team Leader to deliver Hearing Voices training
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as mental health or human services. You should also have lived or living experience of mental health recovery, including the ability to lead and support others from a peer perspective. A strong understanding of complex mental health challenges and needs is essential, as well as experience in program or project management within the community or mental health sector.
