About the Role
This role involves hands-on involvement in all aspects of accounting and payroll, including accounts payable & receivable, processing weekly timesheets, assisting with payroll, bank reconciliations, general ledger tasks, preparing invoices, managing billing accuracy, supporting month-end tasks and reporting, working with stakeholders to meet deadlines, and providing administrative support across the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable
* Process and check weekly timesheets
* Support payroll when required
* Conduct bank reconciliations & general ledger tasks
* Prepare invoices and manage billing accuracy
* Assist with month-end tasks and reporting
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
* Provide general administrative support across the finance team
This is an onsite role at our office located on Mermaid Beach (free parking included).
