* Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse project documentation to identify risks, key cost drivers, and value engineering opportunities to support accurate and competitive pricing.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and assess technical and commercial compliance.
* Develop BOQs, cost schedules, and tender documentation while ensuring estimates reflect current market conditions and industry standards.
* Collaborate with project teams and clients to provide clarifications, input into methodologies, and support Early Contractor Involvement (ECI).
* Contribute to post-tender handovers, incorporating lessons learned to continuously improve estimating processes and project outcomes.
