Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Additional responsibilities include supporting a meaningful classroom environment, guiding the team to achieve positive outcomes for children, and contributing to ongoing quality improvements within the centre.

You'll need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Tasmanian Working with Children Check
