What You'll Do:
Organise seamless travel for high-profile entertainment clients
Use GDS (Sabre/ Amadeus / Galileo ) to book flights, hotels, and car rentals
Provide tailored, cost-effective travel solutions while managing complex itineraries
Handle bookings and client requests via phone and email with speed and accuracy
Ensure compliance with travel policies, industry standards, and PCI regulations
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of travel consulting experience, preferably with VIP, entertainment, or group travel clients
- Strong GDS expertise (Sabre/ Amadeus / Galileo ) and ticketing knowledge
- Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and client expectations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
